這款適合當早餐,也適合控制體重偶爾想吃蛋糕的人
也可把配方冷水換成橙汁唷

cake flour,sifted 232g
vegetable oil 60g
water 60g 130g
egg yolks 206g

egg whites 432g
white vinegar 20g
castor sugar 120g
corn starch 40g

Bake for 13 minutes with top temperature at 180℃, bottom temperature at 110℃. Then, 38 minutes with top temperature at 180℃, bottom temperature at 110℃.
